You need to build multistorey car parks at each station in the outer areas.
So that people can drive their cars to the station in the morning and leave
them parked in a secure location so they can pick them up when they return
at the end of the day to drive them home. Otherwise many people will avoid
using the railway and will drive to work causing traffic congestion and
pollution in your city centre. You want as many people as possible to use
the Rail System for it to be of the most benefit to your city. Having car
parks at your outer stations will make it far more easy for more people to
use.
